Reason: useless
----
I have to say this anonymous function is the worst feature ever to implemented into PHP, not only
does it violate all standards, it has not real purpose or structure to exist.
Example:
$myFunction = function($arg1, $arg2) {
// some stuff
}
should be; variables are for variable data not confusing people with anonymous function.
function myFunction($arg1, $arg2) {
// some stuff
}
I would NOT recommend this approach to PHP, neither would I even consider using it, it's just
plain vile.
