There is a problem (at least it seems to be) compiling php-4.0.6 --with-regex=system under uptodate
RedHat 7.1 systems. Better get rid of the --with-regex=system in the configure (note: the default
php-4.0.4 for RH 7.1 is compiled that way and works, but compiling from tarball doesn't)
