The above documentation is only partially correct in saying that the failure_callback function
"takes two parameters, the hostname and port of the failed server".
It can actually take up to 5 parameters: host, tcp_port, udp_port, error_msg, error_code. I've
tested this on Memcache 2.2.6 and 3.0.4.
