note 15685 added to features.file-upload

NOTE: people still using php3. the $HTTP_POST_FILES array is not available. Therefore when uploading multiple files I am having alot of trouble accessing the original filename. When uploading a single file I am able to access it through $filename_name but when you have multiple filenames in an array thats where the problems begin. If anyone has a solution could you please e-mail me.
