For those who seek the answer to the same problem I've faced, it is NOT possible to view
request body submitted with multipart/form-data. Chris at stackoverflow pointed out that the option
CURLOPT_DEBUGFUNCTION in libcurl does that, but it doesn't seem to be implemented in PHP.
