@Mat Jaggard - don't waste your time dealing w/ chunked responses - just send HTTP/1.0 in your
request (instead of 1.1)
1.0 doesn't support Chunked Responses so the server should never try to send it in that format
Really- you're client only supports 1.0 anyway.
