note 106563 added to reserved.variables

In response to Nicolae Namolovan's note that you can't trust anything in $_SERVER, I'll just say that this is only true for anything that comes from the client (just HTTP headers, like the HTTP_REFER[ER?]). Everything else comes from the web-server.
