There's an undocumented result of imap_fetch_overview, the "udate", that is the
server internal timestamp at the time of the final delivery of the message (UTC, as far as I can
tell, but it could also be server-dependent as I'm working on servers in England). This should
not be confused with the header "Date:", which is set by the sender.
The "udate" was coded by Charles_Duffy at dell dot com, https://bugs.php.net/patch-display.php?bug_id=35638&patch=udate-in-imap-overview-r2&revision=latest
after this request https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=35638 , but I
honestly don't know if we can consider it "final".
The udate is extremely useful to anybody working with Imap. Is it possible to update the
documentation and state clearly if the udate is final, always present and if it is time-zone
dependent?
Thanks
Duccio
