How to call a program with a parameter which includes spaces?
Example:
passthru("convert '$file' gif:/dev/stdout");
when this is called with $file="foo bar.jpg" convert complains:
convert: Unable to open file ('foo) [No such file or directory].
convert: Unable to open file (bar.jpg') [No such file or directory].
convert: Missing an image file name.
