Neither array_diff(array_merge(a,b),array_intersect(a,b)) nor array_diff(a,b) will give you an array
with the keys where elements have been added or deleted in b in comparision to a.
Consider arrays:
array('A'=>1, 'B'=>null)
array('A'=>null, 'B'=>2)
