You should not use ca at php dot spamtrak dot org's solution, because these constants may vary
across Unix distributions. In MacOS the EPROTOTYPE error has the value 41, not 91. Instead, you
should use the SOCKET_* constants. (eg. SOCKET_EPROTOTYPE) The constants can be found here: http://php.net/manual/en/sockets.constants.php
