In repsonse to bohwaz about JSON_NUMERIC_CHECK in reference to +33123456789.
Although the PHP documentation does not list the unary "+" operator, you must assume it
supports all algebraic notation.
To test the unary "+" operator, try this use case:
<?php
$a = +5;
echo $a; // output: 5
?>
If PHP didn't support the unary "+" operator, then the binary operator must be
applied in this case and you'd get a syntax error.
