Note Submitter: fbastage at yahoo dot com ---- I did not see this mentioned anywhere else, but when using CURLOPT_COOKIEJAR and CURLOPT_COOKIEFILE, I could not use CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER. All my headers set with CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER were missing. It did not matter which order I set CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER and CURLOPT_COOKIEJAR/CURLOPT_COOKIEFILE. Disabling COOKIEJAR/FILE brought back my headers.
