It seems to me the --disable-cgi and --enable-fastcgi options conflict with each other in regards to
how to Enable Fastcgi in PHP 5.3+
According to --disable-cgi: "this argument enables FastCGI"
According to --enable-fastcgi: "enabled by --enable-cgi instead"
Which is it?
