With Windows 2000 Advanced Server, IIS 5.0, and PHP/4.0.4 Win32 (as ISAPI); Unified ODBC does not
work, with either method I could think of!
odbc_connect("DSN=exampledb;USER=exampleuser;PASS=examplepass", "",
""); doesn't work, and
odbc_connect("exampledb", "exampleuser", "examplepass"); doesn't
work. I know that my system ODBC configurations are correct, and to work around the issue of having
different DSNs working (System, File, etc), I have exampledb under each DSN configuration; still, it
gives unusual SQLConnect invalid errors, though my php.ini is correctly configured for ODBC, etc. I
have had the ODBC funcitonality running great under Linux, but this Windows server platform seems to
be giving me serious trouble. Oh, also, I am using the Microsoft MDB driver for the data sources.
Thanks in advance,
James Skarzinskas.
