note 107236 added to function.imagettftext

This function can be tricky. To begin with the example that omits the ".ttf" from the name of the font is incorrect. I've found that I have to include it (perhaps different in Windows?). I have also found that odd things happen if you happen to pick a font size that doesn't match one of the known fonts.
