note 107274 added to ref.pdo-dblib

Hello, can anyone help me with this? I have not been able to find a solution for weeks. When using PDO with MSSQL and I query: select char(149) I get this result: • Likewise, if I try to store a bullet point as text, it fails silently. I can select and store char(149) from within the management studio with no problems, so I think this is related to PDO. This also happens with other characters, such is a long dash, ellipses, etc, all of which gave me no trouble using the php_mssql driver. By the way I am using the latest PDO driver from microsoft since I am using a windows server with Apache.
