well brutus or goldeneye is not php specific, but basic and form based user authentication cracker
programs that cracks forms or basic authentication against the wordlist user:password and register
returned server responce as failure or hit. It can use multiple bots so its very fast.
quite sophisticated proggie (talking about goldeneye).
