note 107472 added to memcached.installation

i'm planning on using membase for my website and i was really struggling to install the memcashed php client on ubuntu with pear, but actually there is an easier way: $ sudo apt-get install php5-memcached you dont even need to install the membase server first - this can be done afterwards. hope this helps someone! ---- Server IP: 69.147.83.197 Probable Submitter: 110.175.103.188 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/memcached.installation.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/107472 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107472/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107472/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107472/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107472/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107472/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107472/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107472 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/107472 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
