Use sendmail in queue mode to prevent long pauses everytime php is calling the mail() function.

Your mails will be delivered everytime the sendmail daemon is processing the queue. To see what the
interval may be see the \"QUEUE_INTERVAL\" variable in /etc/mail/sendmail.conf
