note 107627 added to function.file-get-contents

I have used file_get_contents() to read a short textfile. It's a .txt file that is accessible by the server filemanager that follows my account at a domain I bought ... I do all serverwork through this editor. I can open the file and see the number 1329405612398. It equals other sources where I use this number. When I access the number through the string I get by using file_get_contents(textfile.txt); the number turns up as 1329405612398 .. I'll put the other below 1321405612398 hardly any difference!
