I know this built-in web server is intended only for development and testing purposes, that it is not for production use. But just out of curiosity, what features does it support and how does it benchmark and compare to other web servers? How does it work under the hood? Is it asynchronous event-based or does it use fork or multi-threading? ---- Server IP: 69.147.83.197 Probable Submitter: 212.247.162.243 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/features.commandline.webserver.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/107893 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107893/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107893/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107893/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107893/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107893/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107893/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/107893 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/107893 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
