When using -F option, you get the line number in $argi and the actual line in $argn.
e.g.:
commands.php:
<?php
echo "This was line number ".$argi.PHP_EOL;
echo "Your text was: ".$argn.PHP_EOL;
?>
and when running: php -F commands.php you get:
