Here is a small code I am using to upload snall image file or any other small files to the web
server using PhP 4.
The Form :

On running this I am getting an Error Message from the browser as :
Warning: Unable to create '/neon/home/g/greaterdenver/www/photos': Is a directory in
/neon/home/g/greaterdenver/www/testphpupload.php on line 9
Warning: Unable to move '/tmp/phppAdenp' to
'/neon/home/g/greaterdenver/www/photos' in
/neon/home/g/greaterdenver/www/testphpupload.php on line 9
Please, help
