note 108455 added to pdostatement.execute

I realized that I ran into serious trouble when debugging my PHP scripts from the command line, and despite of going to fetchAll and so, I always got the error SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2014 Cannot execute queries while other unbuffered queries are active.
