Adding SSH support to PHP on Windows ============================= After a lot of research and several configurations, I've managed to determine the requirements to get SSH functioning properly with PHP for Windows. First, the SSH2 module is (sort of unofficially) available here: - http: // downloads.php.net/pierre/php_ssh2-0.11.2-5.3-vc9-x86.zip The link is to the thread-safe version, but there's a non-thread-safe version available as well at http: // downloads.php.net/pierre/. Second, make sure you're running a version of Apache built with OpenSSL 0.9.8v (like those linked below). Builds of Apache HTTPD using OpenSSL 1.0.1a won't provide any errors or any other information that makes it easy to run down the issue. The process will just crash. I've managed to get the above SSH2 module working with all of the combinations of PHP and Apache HTTPD listed below, but the real key is the OpenSSL library version, so other version combinations should work as well.
