If you change session.save_path = "/tmp/PHPSESSID" in php.ini add this line in crontab -e
@reboot mkdir -m 777 /tmp/PHPSESSID;chown www-data:www-data /tmp/PHPSESSID
On startup your server have the dir/permissions so you don't need to do it manualy.
