I found the php_ifx.dll within PECL here: http://fossies.org/windows/www/pecl-5.2.6-Win32.zip/
. No idea how long it will stay there.
I had tried to just find php_ifx.dll by itself but all that ended up was a week or so of confusion
and frustration. So I suggest just download the zip to save yourself the trouble.
Also to double check PHP is reading the php_ifx.dll, look at phpInfo() and you'll find a header
'INFORMIX' along with a table of information.
