The PHP Functions Essential Reference online version
(http://php-er.com/) will document this function. However, since the
authors have not yet gotten the online version going, here is a
relevant excerpt.
bool fdf_set_submit_form_action
(resource fdfdoc, str fieldname, int whichtrigger, str url, int flags);
Returns: TRUE on success; FALSE on error
Abstract: Sets the submit form action for a field.
Description
=========
Sets a submit form action for the given field fieldname. whichtrigger
can be one of FDFEnter (entering the field), FDFExit (leaving the
field), FDFDown (mouse button down) or FDFUp (mouse button up). Graeme,
corresponding to which buttons or actions? rd
flags can be one of the following values:
1
Include/exclude flag. This determines how the Fields key is
interpreted. If this bit is 0, Fields represents the individual fields
to send. If the bit is 1, all name-value pairs in the Acrobat form are
sent.
2
Include no-value fields flag. Use to further restrict which name-value
pairs get sent. A field is present but the data is not sent.
3
Export format flag. If this bit is 0, the data is sent using the Forms
Data Format (FDF). Otherwise it is sent using the HTML form format.
4
Get Method flag. If this bit is 0, the data is submitted using a POST
action; if it's 1, a GET action is used for the submission. (This bit
has an effect only when bit 3 is 1. If bit 3 is 0, this bit must also
be 0.)
5
Submit Coordinates flag. If this bit is 1, the x and y coordinates of
the mouse click that caused this action are sent as part of the Acrobat
form data. The x and y values are relative to the upper-left corner of
the widget that contains the submit action.
Existing since version 4.0.2
Note: The author (Graeme Merrall) notes that he could not get this
function to work. Please let me know if you can! :)
