For installation of PHP 5.2.17 and Apache 2.2.22 on Windows 7 Ultimate, I got "The requested
operation has failed!" error on VC6 x86 Non Thread Safe Zip version
"php-5.2.17-nts-Win32-VC6-x86.zip". After I changed to use VC6 x86 Thread Safe Zip version
"php-5.2.17-Win32-VC6-x86.zip". The problem was solved.
