note 108814 added to mysqlinfo.library.choosing

In my experience of compiling with libmysql in PHP 5.4 where it isn't the default, I found that I had to use these values: --with-mysql-sock=/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock --with-mysql=/usr --with-mysqli=/usr/bin/mysql_config --enable-pdo --with-pdo-mysql=/usr With /usr being my MySQL installation directory. Note that only mysqli needed to get the mysql_config file, whereas the rest wanted the path to MySQL.
