I'm wondering about one thing.
The description of the function states that on an error, I can use ora_error and ora_errorcode to
check what went wrong. However, those two functions expect a cursor or connection id - something I
don't have if the connection attempt to the DB fails itself.
Am I overlooking something here? I'd be thankful for any pointers.
