Note Submitter: jtzhou at hotmail dot com ---- $macstr=system("nbtstat -a L7W"); I tried for hourrs in vain for this line in windows server 2003 /iis6, the system always return empty string, then use print_r(error_get_last()); it shown "Unable to execute cmd.exe..." then add exec right for IUSR_MACHINENAME, it shown " The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers." add exec right for nbstat.exe, still got the same problem. take off the "-a L7W" part, it correctly return the normal message of the nbtstat command. I'm still exploring the solutions.
