With PHP 5.4, sqlite isn't bundled and is "only available via PECL".
Yet, on http://pecl.php.net/package/SQLite, it
says: "This package is not maintained anymore and has been superseded. Package has moved to
channel http://php.net/sqlite, package."
pecl install sqlite fails with "Cannot find config.m4."
So, what are we supposed to do?
