A variable is a character string that can be used to hold a value or an expression in order to help
add functionality to PHP programming. A variable must be declared within the context of its used PHP
syntax such as "<?php x=2; ?>", however they can be recalled from previous usages to
reiterate the original or variable. Variables can also be re-declared at any time.
