I found out about the "No Fork"-Problem in Win (I have apache 1.3.22,W2k Sp1 + php 4.0.6
throught php4apache.dll)
It seems, the environment don't know about the systems searchpath.
exec("unzip -l Arc",$OutLines,$RetVal)
produces the no fork s***, while
exec("<explicit path tp exe>", $OutLInes,$RetVal) is working
