You can have time zone set for Pakistan as 'Asia/Karachi' this will add +5.00 to GMT time.
You will get proper time of your time zone.
Example:
<?php
$timezone = "Asia/Karachi";
if(function_exists('date_default_timezone_set')) date_default_timezone_set($timezone);
echo date('d-m-Y H:i:s');
?>
