note 110027 added to tutorial.requirements

I'd like to add BitNami to the list of one-click distribution mentioned in previous comments: MAMP: For OS X WampServer: Windows Windows Web Platform Installer: For Windows XAMPP: For Linux, Windows and Mac BitNami: for Linux, Windows and Mac. It is a free distribution of Apache, PHP with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL which also includes phpMyAdmin/phpPgAdmin for managing the databases and the most used PHP frameworks (Zend Framework, Symfony, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Smarty).
