Remember: Windows is case insensitive!
"SELECT
id FROM leads..." and "SELECT id
FROM Leads..." are the same to windows machines;
whereas on *nix boxes if the tables are lowercase but you try "SELECT id FROM
Leads..." mysql_query will return as a boolean. Not a resource as expected.
