For those who want to use SSL (https) calls to a SOAP server/URL, be sure to have the openssl
extension loaded into your php.ini. Use
<? php phpinfo(); ?>
in a file to check.
extension=php_openssl.dll
is the line to uncomment for Windows (remove the semi-colon before it). Ask your web hosting
provider if you are on a remote linux web hosting.
