note 110098 added to sdo.installation

It is a shame they haven't upgraded this package. However, there is a update on github so that it will compile on php 5.3. Unfortunately it still doesn't compile on a Mac, because is uses a preprocessor macro (__WORDSIZE) which is not defined.
