note 110301 added to class.soapclient

Hi, I wanted to share my work on SoapClient and WSDL. I developped a package that generates a PHP "library" based on the WSDL in order to facilitate the communication with SOAP Web Services. Actually, it generates a class for each type described and for each available operation.
