The $_SERVER['REQUEST_TIME'] is not (always?) a float in PHP 5.4 as mentioned above. On my
system using PHP 5.4.7 FPM/FastCGI, i have the normal $_SERVER['REQUEST_TIME'] as an int,
and an additional $_SERVER['REQUEST_TIME_FLOAT'] as a float. In contrast to this
documentation here, the PHP Changelog mentioned this with the version 5.4.0.
