Well, I'm having trouble with the installer to download PHP for Windows. Sure, the installation
guide tells me there's a installer, but WHERE'S the installer? XD
Also, I can find any HTTP service thingy or whatever that actually works with PHP. Do all the HTTP
service whatevers hate PHP, or is this website just really old?
