On my environment which is XAMPP 1.8.0 for Windows (with PHP 5.4.4 & Apache 2.4.2) and
output_buffering = 4096 on php.ini the above example does not show that infamous "...headers
already sent" warning. I had to send a bit of output before seeing this warning.
<?php
error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors', 'on');
//ob_start();
echo "Hello\n";
echo str_repeat("=- :)", 900);
setcookie("cookiename", "cookiedata");
//ob_end_flush();
?>
