On my environment which is XAMPP 1.8.0 for Windows (with PHP 5.4.4 & Apache 2.4.2) and
output_buffering = 4096 on php.ini, the above example does not show that infamous "...headers
already sent" warning. I had to send a bit of output before seeing this warning.
