note 16224 added to ref.session

<p>According to phpinfo(), Cobalt Raq3 comes with PHP Version 3.0.16. I tried the example above and I get the following error message:<br> Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function session_register() in .../session.php on line 2.<br> Is session_register() new? If so, can you please include [version] dependencies in the documentation. E.g. when the function was introduced and what it replaces.
