If you're running Zend Server and seem to be unable to raise or suppress the time-limit, the
problem is probably not PHP.
Check your "ZendServer/etc/ZendEnablerConf.xml" file, which by default has a
requestTimeout="120" setting.
This may prevent any request from exceeding 120 seconds by default, regardless of
"php.ini" settings, apache time limits, calls to set_time_limit(), or anything else in PHP
itself.
The Zend Enabler module may enable your script to be disabled. Pun definitely intended.
