Another note to add to the previous comments: another reason for closing a zip file to fail is if
you added a folder instead of a file using addFile().
I had a loop with file_exists() checks on each file, but that function will also return true if the
path you give it is a folder. I ended up using is_file() to make sure I was really adding files.
