note 16229 added to features.connection-handling

Hi! I having problem connect to my database, i use $MySQLLink = mysql_pconnect("localhost", "myUser", "myPasssword"); but get error message = "accsess denied for user ketil@forsvun.net", i replace myuser with my username an replace the local host with www.forsvun.net and change the passwd. My passwd works fine with an SSH client...so my passwd i correct...what to do? Someone give me a hand?? pleace??
